Online Repair Tracking & Approval

In order to request your repair online, simply follow these 4 easy steps:

1. Request Estimate: Request an estimate for the cost of repairing your product.
2. Repair Information: Provide us information about you and the description of the problem with your product.
3. Repair Checkout: Provide us billing information and submit your payment.
4. Review Repair Request and Shipping: Review and print your Repair Confirmation sheet. Ship your product with the Repair Confirmation sheet to a Canon Factory Service Center.

If you prefer to enter your repair request offline or experiencing an issue with online repair request, please download the FSC Repair Request Form and follow the instructions at the bottom of the form.
